This home, designed by architect/owner Mark Kirkhart, founder and principal of DesignArc, Inc., is located in Montecito’s “Hedge Row” district. The aspect of this home that I’m drawn to, besides its modern styling and elegant design, is the indoor-outdoor living space. It’s what makes Southern California such a lovely place to live; why build more rooms when you can practically live in your backyard?
