Lotus Fire Bowl

I’m pretty sure this is a prototype, but how cool is this lotus firebowl?

Recycled Notebooks

If you keep a journal or are a note-taker, try going environmentally-friendly with your doodles. All of these notebooks are made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper (meaning no trees used!). Remember when recycled notebooks we so ugly? Not anymore!

Envirosax

OK, I promise I won’t go crazy posting stuff from my store, but I just have to talk about these Envirosax bags because they’re probably my favorite thing on my site. In fact, I am ordering the monochromatic ones for myself and some for my friends. I like that they come 5 to a pouch. Sure beats paying $200 for one of those stupid “I am not a plastic bag” bags. Last time I checked, I usually buy more than one bags’ worth of groceries.

Have you checked out the newest site from Sugar Publishing - you know, the folks that started PopSugar? It’s called Casasugar - home and garden. I like the Sugar sites because you can join TeamSugar and comment on all their sites. Best of all, their logo is awesome.

Shinebox Print

Shinebox Print makes these really cool little booklets with perforated pages that you can use as business card holders or coupon books, calling cards, even mini-catalogs and portfolios. I think this is a very innovative product.

Office

My bookshelf was a mess, so this weekend, we went to The Container Store. I could spend all day in that place. They have storage for things I didn’t even know needed to be organized.
Here are the things I bought:

These are made from 100% recycled paper.

These are both made from recycled fiberboard.

And now back to our regularly scheduled programming…

Tree stump stool from mxyplyzyk (don’t even try to say that out loud).

Pink Phone

Certainly a lovely phone. I can see it in Nicole’s house.

However, not as cool as my teen phone, which was transparent with a neon palm tree that lit up when it rang. Anyone else have that phone? I can’t find a photo of it anywhere.

Black Acrylic

Office Help

I am usually pretty good about scouring the web for just about anything and everything, but this time I’m reaching out for help.

Besides Muji and SeeJaneWork, where can I get modern desk accessories? I’m looking for all white: stapler, business card file, paper clip holder, or a solution for all of them. I’m currently using leftovers from my husband’s “moffice” (man-office) from our old house. However, since I use the office now, it’s all mine to decorate. I’m slowly phasing out all the wood accessories and golf paraphernalia…anyone have a recommendation? Any ideas on recycled desk products? Thanks in advance!

Eye Candy: Thorsten van Elten Kant desk.
