2008 Type Directors Club TDC2 Awards

KLEM - Coatrack Submission
Just when you thought I had moved on…
“A set of aluminum coat hangers that can be used as wardrobe hooks by clipping them on the folded edges of an aluminum plate. Clipped to the plate, the set of hooks makes up a coatrack. A mirror is all that remains when the coat hangers are stored away somewhere else. It works excellent and looks great!”

I am so into cb2’s bedding right now. I got a new catalog the other day (yes, I know I have been trying to stop getting catalogs…) and after leafing through it, the most impressive thing to me was the simplicity and beauty of their bedding. It truly complements their pieces nicely, but could work with higher end pieces just as well.

Right Brain Terrain At Vitamin D
We are very excited to have Right Brain Terrain’s Alternative Motivational Posters available at Vitamin D(esign). We’ve been huge fans of RBT for a while now, so we are very honored to announce their products as well as the fact that they are now a green company: RBT’s posters are now printed on 100% post-consumer recycled papers that are FSC certified and certified processed chlorine free (CPCF). Plusminuszero New Alarm Clock
I love when I see good alarm clock design. And I love plusminuszero. What I love most about this particular design is its simplicity. There are no crazy buttons, nothing to junk up the functional design. This alarm clock does what it is supposed to do: wake you up. Nothing more.
