A 32nd Floor NYC Apartment Overlooking Madison Square Park

Manhattan-based architect Andre Kikoski designed this luxury, 1500-square-foot apartment located on the 32nd floor with incredible views overlooking Madison Square Park. Created for a world traveling art collector, it was critical to design a space worthy of the owner’s incredible art collection, which includes pieces by photographer Marilyn Minter, sculptor Rob Wynne, and artist Shirin Neshat, to name a few.
