Time Maze Clock by Daniel Libeskind for Alessi

Architect Daniel Libeskind went small scale for a new design recently unvelied during Milan Design Week. Designed for Alessi, the Time Maze clock proves that time is neither linear or circular, but rather a maze of “abstract connections and playful interactions.”

Built from stainless steel, the clock represents Libeskind’s ongoing interest in time as seen referenced in some of his most famous works, like the Jewish Museum Berlin. The clock clearly portrays Libeskind’s architectural style, with disjointed lines, openings, and broken surfaces.
