Park Orchards House by InForm

Located in a suburb of Melbourne, Australia, the Park Orchards House by InForm is a single story house in the shape of an ‘L’ that’s built around a courtyard terrace and swimming pool. From inside the residence, your eye leads out to the pool and beyond to the rural landscape.

The house is divided into two wings, a main one that houses the open living area, master bedroom, and study, and the second one with the three kids’ bedrooms and a lounge.

The living area easily transitions to the outdoor terrace, virtually expanding the square footage when the weather is nice.

The kitchen mixes warm woods with black and white accents for a dramatic yet approachable space.

A brick wall begins at the entryway and continues on into the living area before returning to the outdoors by one side of the pool.
