Ophelis Sum: A Modular Seating System Based Around Three Elements

Studio Grosch are the designers behind a brand-new, modular seating system named ophelis sum. The concept is composed of three core elements – base, partition, and pillow – that can be combined and added in various ways enabling a variety of seating islands in a room.

You can choose one-sided, opposing, or back-to-back, in anything from an L, T, or X configuration, and anything in between – the only limit is your imagination. Along with your specific combination of components, you get to choose frame color and fabrics for a completely custom seating experience.

Partitions come in various heights depending on the privacy level required and the seating is such that you can create anything from a stool, bench, armchair, chaise, or sofa. Ophelis sum even offers integrated power solutions.
