A few lucky souls can acquire a unique apartment in South East London in the No.2 at Upper Riverside, a design-led community developed by Knight Dragon and designed by Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio and SOM. Situated by the Thames within a family of five glass and stone buildings, there are a limited collection of 35 studios, lofts, and penthouses, the first being designed by Tom Dixon.

The lofts have double-height living spaces with city views, while the studios cover 516 square feet and feature private balconies. The three penthouses not only have massive private terraces, but they have up to up to 2,485 square feet.

Besides the space, each one comes complete with Tom Dixon’s signature look, which includes a custom Tom Dixon kitchen with custom-designed enamel backslashes and copper kitchen cabinetry.
