Colors look dirty. The dusty mauve/rust is particularly atrocious. Design is meh, but could be interesting in an ikat fabric or something wild like a silver croc-embossed leather. But then, that is not the Crate and Barrel way.
I like the way this chair looks, but I don’t think I’d ever buy it because it doesn’t look comfy. I like to throw my legs over the side of a chair when I read, and that chair looks like it’ll cut off the circulation on my legs.
I ordered the Azure couch. I like the curved tight back for conversation, and the 1 cushion seating. The stock color is “bran”. I think it would be lovely in gray.
My other choice at C&B is a pair of the leather Odean chairs in oxblood. The shape is beautiful.

I like the shape; the colors are a little boring. The tufts seem sort of contrived, don’t they?

Love tufted chairs but the colours are squicky. The shape seems uninspired.
