I happen to be the current listing agent on this fantastic property. Just to set the record straight with regard to the previous comment....Irving and Jean Farber were the orignal owners. They built and designed the original house with then Kurth and Kurth Architects of Bedford New York. Frederick Lenz was the second owner. The present owner completley redesigned inside and out the pre-existing house with Architect Lynne Breslin of New York.
