The latest by Kawamura-Ganjavian is BINPAN, a wastebasket that doubles as a dustpan when lying on the floor. It was recently awarded with the 3rd prize (Bronze Haechi) on the international contest “Design for All” organized by Designboom and the Seoul Design Foundation.

But you’d have to empty it before you used it as a dustpan each time, or the rubbish would fall out?

from What i can see The Bin Pan has a slight angle to prevent the trash from coming out.
