Block Memo by Nendo

Block Memo is a minimalist design created by Tokyo-based designer Nendo. The memo pad is separated into three different sticky note sizes that are unified into a cube shape. The sticky note sizes consist of a square, a large rectangle, and a smaller rectangle.

The cube can sit on any flat surface in the slanted position, as the bottom of the cube reveals three edges that provide stability as well as a sense of dimensionality to the design. The slanted position also allows users to more easily peel off the notes, and reveals all of the memo pad sizes at once.

The design has facilitated the use of these notes in assorted sizes for people to use for various purposes, such as using them as memos, as bookmarks and so forth. The different sizes are separated by small shallow indents that create additional depth to the otherwise simple design.
