Bold Chair by Sanserif Creatius

This bench constructed out of 100% biodegradable corrugated cardboard makes a bold statement. It reduced environmental impact and collateral energy consumption during production in addition to being rather inexpensive.

This chair, while beautiful, begs the question: Why “d”? I’m not sure if the form was somehow dictated by the “SanSerif” of their brand, but it would seem that there would be a more appropriate profile for a chair than the letter d. Looks like lumbar pain, but definitely bold. The production and concept are there, I would just push for a more ergonomic profile…
If I saw that in real life, I don’t think I could resist sitting on it.
While I think it is an intriguing concept, I -know- for sure my cat would love scratching it to pieces, since she has a cat-sized couch like this one that is destroyed.
Cool! I’ve seen this chair in spanish big brother reality-show. Definitely (B)old & (B)rilliant.
