When fairy tale meets furniture, this is what results! Cinderella’s Chair by Anna Ter Haar is a project in which regular chairs are fitted with custom blown glass, like their very own glass slippers (or glass prosthetic legs). Surprisingly, they’re stable enough for people to sit on.
Great concept! I think I would feel worried about actually using them though. It’s one thing to have it hold your weight, but another thing to have it hold up to being dragged, kicked and everything else that happens to chairs!
