Design Your Own Pet Bed and Win It from P.L.A.Y.!

The following post is brought to you by P.L.A.Y.. Our partners are hand-picked by the Design Milk team because they represent the best in design.

Have you ever wanted to design your very own pet bed? We teamed up with P.L.A.Y. to create the a really fun new bed contest for designers, dogs and cats alike. We’re giving one animal-loving, creative soul the opportunity to design his or her very own one-of-a-kind pet bed!

Starting today, June 18th, you can send your sketch, photo, rendering, inspiration board — just about anything — to [email protected] for a chance to have P.L.A.Y. bring it to life. Voters will narrow down the entries to the top five, and then the winner will be determined by a judging panel. The Grand Prize winner will receive a one-of-a-kind P.L.A.Y. pet bed created from winner’s sketch/rendering/design, and the 2nd-5th place runner up designers will receive prizes including P.L.A.Y. beds and accessories. Everyone who enters gets a $10 gift card, too!

A big bonus is that if your bed is determined to by “P.L.A.Y.ful enough,” it could be considered for P.L.A.Y.’s Artist Collection!

Rules: To enter, email your submission to [email protected]. All entries must be received by June 29th, 2012. Voting will occur on P.L.A.Y.’s Facebook page from July 3, 2012 – July 13, 2012. Open to US residents 18 and older only. Judges will select a winner from the top five entrants with the most votes. More rules and entry details can be found on P.L.A.Y.’s website – please read through them before entering!

And, just in case you were wondering about quality, those of you who read Dog Milk may know how much I love my P.L.A.Y. dog beds. I’ve gushed about the quality quite a bit and am still 110% satisfied with how they’re holding up, even after multiple washings and being abused by my two stinky dogs.

Good luck!
