designjunction Partners with Dwell on Design During NYCxDesign 2016

We are thrilled that two fantastic shows are coming together this year during NYCxDesign to create a mega-show of design awesomeness! designjunction has partnered with Dwell on Design to create a new destination for design enthusiasts and trade.

Dwell_Talks_20153

Located again this year at Art Beam in Chelsea, the show has a lot more to offer this year: beyond the great exhibitors both shows always attract, this year it will also include a three-day talks program curated by Dwell magazine editor-in-chief, Amanda Dameron, which will bring leaders and experts in design together with designers and enthusiasts from all industries. The theme is ‘Exploring the built environment in the modern world’, and architects can earn CEU credit by attending. Headliners include illustrator and author Bob Gill, who in a career spanning more than 60 years has influenced modern typography, design, and graphics; Mikael Ydholm, Head of Research at IKEA; Gregory Wessner, executive director of Open House New York; and architects Karen Stonely of SPAN Architecture, Stephanie Goto and Alexander Gorlin.
