
Located on a small hill facing the Andes, the main requirement for the original design was to maximize the frontal views and the interaction with the topography creating controlled spaces that interact with each other is a very seamless way.



The modular approach in construction, makes easy to expand the home in the future just by adding new segments that anchor to the old structure. Designed by Rodrigo Duque Motta.

The double glazed windows in that building look great, some bi folding doors on the front would open it up to the front garden.
