Flaca Lamp by Masiosare Studio

Based in Mexico, Masiosare Studio is composed of three young industrial designers that aim for functional and accessible design. Flaca, which is Spanish for skinny, is a lamp they designed that meets both of those goals.

Flaca is an extremely lightweight lamp made from a single piece of laser-cut stainless steel, which means very little waste. The piece is easy to assemble in just five steps and requires no tools other than your bare hands. The LED light sticks permanently to the lamp with tape and requires only 6 watts, which is 10% of today’s regular bulbs. The lamp is adjustable in height and ships flat packed in 100% recyclable cardboard.
