Flexhouse: Eco-Friendly Row Homes in Chicago

Flexhouse is a modest set of energy efficient row homes in Chicago’s residential neighborhood of Logan Square. A full team pulled this project together with Ranquist Development Group as the developer, Interface Studio Architects as the design architects, and Sullivan Goulette & Wilson as the project architects. The goal was to create the feeling of high-end living at a more affordable price point, while also being environmentally conscious.
