I sat in a Flex at a recent auto show just to see what the hype is all about. It's nice - until you start noticing ALL the hard plastic everywhere. My '96 Maxima doesn't even have this much hard plastic in it. I'd take a Flex if you gave it to me, but I wouldn't spend my money on one. What a piece of crap. For such a big car, I wonder how it can give the gas milage we need today. I know square cars are 'in" but I can't get into it. I hope it rides and handles well. This is due to the interior-especially on the higher levels. Some reviews (incl Car and Driver I believe) state the interior is more Lexus like than the norm for this category.
