Where did you get the idea to add lighting to your work?

I got the idea of adding light to my work from seeing store fronts lit with LEDs. LED light has their own color so I wanted to mix that beautiful color with my work.

How do you choose your color palettes?

The colors for my works starts with one color and from there I begin to build off of it. Each color plays off the next and this process goes on until the piece is complete.

Who is one of your favorite contemporary artists?

Robert Mangold ;)
