Hi! We need a new social media intern for 2014. We hope that you will join our team of amazing and awesome people. This position could become a part-time job, too! We’re looking for someone who is great at scheduling and nerds out over social media.

YOU:

  • Live in the US and are over the age of 18
  • Live and breathe modern design and have a similar style/aesthetic to most of what we post here on Design Milk
  • Know how to use Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Hootsuite experience a huge plus
  • Are fast and responsive, but detail-oriented enough to get the job done not only quickly but correctly, too
  • Can follow directions but can also be a self-starter/take initiative
  • Are punctual, organized and professional
  • Have or wish to gain experience measuring social media metrics and identifying trends in posts, user engagement and can help increase followers and improve engagement
  • Have a good internet connection
  • Experience with blogging software is a plus
  • Can offer 1-2 hours a day and maybe a few hours here and there on weekends
