House in Washington by Replinger Hossner Architects
I usually don’t make posts from real estate sites but this beauty is too much to pass.
With a cantilever design that overlooks west Seattle golf course and the amazing skyline, combined with the amazing “modernstrial” (I coined that!) design that seems to be in vogue these days, there’s something for everybody.
A house that reflects its purpose: entertainment.
Glass stairs, floor to ceiling commercial grade windows, plenty on decks/balconies and dark hardwood floors along with a eat-in kitchen that connects to the dining area. Awesome! The design is by Replinger Hossner Architects.
