Even with the heavy dose of minimalistic design this house feels warm and cozy. A lot has to do with the color combination of red-ish floors and deep charcoal facade.
Clean lines and symmetrical shapes make the structure almost temple-like. Design by Kouichi Kimura and photography by Kei Nakajima and Chiharu Nishioka.

Apart from the first couple of photos, this has a doctors waiting room feel… Hoping this is mainly down the the choice of shots?
