Hover Collection by CHIYOME

New York City-based bag line CHIYOME references founder Anna Lynett Moss’s Japanese heritage in not only the name, but the understated aesthetic of the minimalist line. Paying homage to her great-grandmother, the CHIYOME name was the first of three generations in her family to have names that begin with CHI – Chiyome, Chiyeko, and Chiyo – so the name seems like the perfect fit. The latest collection, Hover, pushes the boundaries a bit by using atypical materials, such as marble, rubber, and acrylic, that are not always associated with luxury and functionality when it comes to bags. The results are a beautiful array of sleek handmade bags you’ll never get tired of carrying around.
