Inspiration You Can Taste: Inspired Bites by Pinch Food Design

Pinch Food Design, the NYC-based chef/designer duo of Bob Spiegel and TJ Girard who also pen our monthly Taste column, have just released their debut book called Inspired Bites. Along with food writer Casey Barber, Bob and TJ created 224 mouth-watering pages of eye-candy and deliciousness in their signature style of small bites with creative serving ideas, peppered with their always-refreshing white background photography.

From truffled quail eggs on mini English muffins and spaghetti and meatball bites (pictured below), to deconstructed buffalo chicken wings and salted chocolate cookie with rosemary ice cream sandwiches, there’s something in this book for just about every kind of party. Even a party of one.
