The Kaboom light – available from 2Jane – is fairly reasonable in price and looks like a large spoonful of spaghetti or some sort of sea creature. Needless to say, I want one.

If the balloons wouldn’t pop from the heat it would be cool if these were balloons. You could twist them different ways and use different colors. Maybe it would work if you used flourescent lamps.
