The dark facade of this home by Leers & Partners contrasts nicely against the silver surface and the large quantity of glass used. The reflection pool does the job of keeping the surroundings cool and enhancing the views. The light placement is ideal on both the reflection pool and under the house, making it look like a piece of art laying on the landscape.

Kapellen, what country/city is this house located in? Side of drive with drop off has no guardrail, looks dangerous for a driver who gets too close. This could not be permitted in USA under IRC codes.
