M Residence Renovation in Japan by Case-Real

For the renovation of this M Residence by Case-Real, the designers focused on creating a true loft atmosphere even without the high ceilings or exposed ductwork. This is a studio apartment that — thanks to the implementation of a great layout — looks and feel bigger that it really is. Plenty of storage and well defined areas for dining and living. The fireplace next to the TV is a very inviting area. I like how the two architectural elements are competing against each other. The gold paint inside of the niches is a nice, warm touch.
