Massive Sculptures that Materialize Tension

The project was designed with the idea of being installed within a train station in Hackney, a London borough, with an objective that was to “materialize” tension. The pieces have a way of making you feel the weight and stretch and making you forget that they don’t move. You kind of expect them to bounce since the metal bars give you the initial impression that they’re elastic.
