I do love how the walls allow light to permeate even as they protect your privacy. Wonder if the structure is strong enough for a roof deck….

My sentiments exactly…the outdoor space is really limited as-is: if you’re out on the water, who wants to be sitting inside?

I love it. Most of the houseboats I see (I live in Seattle, where we have many) are dark, dank and a little musty. This one is so light and airy – the 7 year design process worked!
