The 2,500 square foot residence covers two floors, with the main level housing an open floor plan living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, while the lower level includes the master bedroom, office area, walk-in closet, bathroom, and an outdoor entertaining space.

New white oak hardwood floors were laid throughout with white walls and light, neutral furnishings. They brought in a custom upholstered sofa and paired it with two vintage Pierre Guariche lounge chairs in the living room.

While most of the furnishings are kept light and neutral, they incorporated black elements to help ground the spaces, like with the dining room chandelier.
