Modern Swiss Villa by Bruno Klauser

Originally designed by architect Bruno Klauser, this sprawling Swiss villa sits on oversized grounds with partial views of Lake Lugano. A major renovation in 2004 turned this gem into a modern day, two-story residence with unbelievable views.

With careful detail paid to the outdoors, floor-to-ceiling glass windows frame the back of the house making most of the beautiful grounds and view. The living area opens up completely to the swimming pool and deck, making for a seamless transition from indoors to out.

The great room runs the length of the house and is completely open to the pool area. White walls and tiled grey floors are consistent throughout the space making it cohesive.
