I am peruvian so they remind me of home. There is a tax break if you own one in US too. If you ever own one take into consideration that they are very social animals...they get depressed if they are no at least with another alpaca. Hope you get your Holiday presents. I got a great deal on onlineshoes.com. I think they run a little small if you're ordering online. I sometimes wear 7.5 and sometimes 8 but these a bit too short in 7.5.
