The Neverending bookcase is a project by Luca Nichetto, of the Hook Box fame. I’m not sure how usable this is, but I like the scribbly nature and free-flowing design.

It might not be all that functional for books, but wouldn’t it be fun to use with rolled fabric things like towels, linens, and sweaters and such?
