A New Textile Collection from Minna Goods

Minna Goods, best known for their ethically-made, contemporary designs, recently launched a new collection of colorful, yet muted textiles. Partnering with master artisans in Guatemala and Mexico, the collection consists of rugs, blankets, pillows, and kitchen textiles. The NY-based textile brand was established in 2013 by Sara Berks.

With a variety of graphic patterns and colors, the textiles are created using traditional craft techniques, and inspired by tapestry weaving. Bauhaus, Feminist art, traditional craft and vintage textiles also heavily influence the look and feel of this collection. Not only do the pieces vary in pattern and color, they also have unique textures, resulting in pieces that have enough depth to stand alone, but also fit well when surrounded by other pieces.
