This project was a house renovation for a sociologist in Peru by Longhi Architects. I think it is more complicated to do a renovation than to start from scratch since you have to work with what you have and try to improve and meet the client’s expectations. The firm did a great job. The wood tone, the wall’s colors and the openness of the space is striking. The home also maximizes the natural light by placing a large number of windows high up by the roof line.
