Fernando Jaeger (Brastilo designer) designed a chair named Petit and he made some for a TV commercial for
VIVO Telecom. It was a success and they decided to give the chair to some artists to personalize. Now they are in auction for charity.

Looks like the burnt chair was modified by another artist. Collaboration like this should happen more in the furniture world
