Private Residence by BoA Studio Architetti

This residence is a loft that’s located in an old industrial building in Treviso, Italy. Designed by BoA Studio Architetti, the loft is situated on the top floor of the building’s tower that you reach via an iron and glass walkway from the main part of the building. Once an old button company, the renovated space now boasts 270° views of the city and river. What the space has become is simply stunning and completely unexpected from the outside.

The insanely cool walkway that goes from the main building to the residence.

The loft is mostly an open floor plan with a mezzanine level that was built for sleeping. That volume has large openings and windows that let the light in and help join the spaces together. There is also a roof level that is reached by the spiral staircase.

The double-height greenhouse that separates the main floor space without breaking up the space visually is amazing.

Between the large windows and six skylights, the space is drenched with light.
