erm, hi,
my friend Kate and I were considering buying a beach house property, you know, as close as poss to the beach, so we could chill and have a feew BBQ's and beers, and this place looks kinda cool, how much do you want for it?

Also how many rooms does it have please, as Kate says we need six rooms, I don't know why, but that's the number she told me.

Cheers!

Joan -- I agree with the fireplace comment. I prefer stacked stone as well.

This is an exquisite piece of architecture and represents the type of home my husband and I dream of for our retirement! The beauty of the simplicity appears to be carried through to all aspects of the home. The only aspect I have some questions about is the choice of rock for the fireplace. I think the large, round, rough texture is too much in conflict with the rest of the home's design...on the other hand, I thought that perhaps it was chosen to provide visual relief from all the linear aspects. However, if I were to have this as my own home, I think I'd prefer stacked stone for the fireplace...
All in all it is a beautiful design and very well thought out.Brava, Bravo, Bravi.
