Re.evolution Bar in Mexico by a10studio Architecture

revolution-bar-1

Re.evolution is a restaurant and lounge bar in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico that was very recently renovated by a10studio Architecture. It’s designed similar to something you might see in Miami or LA. The challenge was to unify the restaurant and bar, while separate enough to operate as individual spaces if necessary.

One of the striking elements is the terrace. Its idea derives from Mediterranean terraces, where the terrace becomes a main space of the project. Taking advantage of the Cabo San Lucas weather with an average of 350 sunny days yearly, the shape of the sidewalk and limits of the lot, the project allowed a10studio to pull the facade away from the sidewalk and generate an enjoyable open space still part of the bar, and which is now one of the best spots to hang out.
