A Table Clock Made from Concrete and Oak Veneer

Studio PS, a design firm based in The Netherlands, designed a simple, handcrafted table clock that not only does its job telling time, but it acts as decorative object. The MOAK Clock covers both goals with its subtle, but strong presence.

The exterior base and hands are made of concrete, while the circular dial is made of an unfinished wood oak veneer. Both raw materials will slowly change over time from aging, turning it into a family heirloom.

They didn’t just leave all of the raw materials as is though, they added a bright orange tip to the concrete minute hand making the clock really stand out.
