Designed by Benjamin Hubert, the lamp's convex exterior is made of a quad-directional stretch micro mesh (from the underwear industry), which gives varying illusions of opaqueness. The inside layers consist of a light-diffusing Lycra (from the sports industry) in concave-like curves.
