These watches use magnetic technology or something like that. The ball moves to and fro across the face of the watch with the flow of the wearer’s arm movements, but as soon as the Abacus reaches a horizontal position, the ball moves as if by magic — or at least by magnetism — to the right point in time. So if you are looking for a stopwatch, this one isn’t it. But, if you just want to know approximately what time it is and care more about the cool design and technology of your watch, then this is the one.

When I saw this clock I jumped! I had no idea it was available at Chiasso. It’s just so strange. I wonder what it looks like when it’s 6:45…

John Wischhusen’s clock designs blow me away. I wish I was creative enough to come up with something like this. Seriously, I want to know what goes on inside these designers’ heads.

Furni has a new clock out – the Alba clock. I love it.

I like this clock from Crate & Barrel because the colors are really nice. Trendy, but nice.

I don’t care that this alarm clock talks. I just like the way it looks. It’s currently sold out at crazyaboutgadgets, but maybe they will get some more in stock soon.
