Drawings from Zachary Rossman.

Damien Correll is a young freelance designer/maker/illustrator from Brooklyn, NY. I really enjoy his illustrations and wonderful color palette. He’s done some amazing work for the New York Times Magazine, IdN, Faesthetic, and he’s a regular contributor to Swindle Magazine. Take some time to check out his portfolio and the awesome magazines that he’s done work for. Sooo much visual eye candy. *yum

Dear Ada is always a great resource for talented artists, and I always find something beautiful on her site. Today is no exception. She has featured Elizabeth Duffy, who has a series of drawings utilizing the patterns on the insides of envelopes. What a unique idea! I have always loved envelope patterns: in fact, I bookmarked a Flickr set showcasing various envelope security patterns here.

Yellena’s latest print, “Allusion”, is inspiration heaven for me.

I am dying over Aili Schmeltz’s drawings and paintings. The abstract landscape is something I am really into lately, even in my own work.
