The Big Picture: Mark Mothersbaugh + Shepard Fairey

A new show at Subliminal Projects will show works by artist, pop culture icon, and DEVO frontman Mark Mothersbaugh and artist Shepard Fairey. In a collaboration with The Art of Elysium‘s Elysium Project, the exhibition is opening this weekend and will focus on their work as artists and philanthropists.

These two artists are well aware of what’s bigger than themselves, thus the exhibition title: The Big Picture. Each has been involved in supporting charities and using their celebrity to do good. Thanks to their dedication to The Art of Elysium, both artists help bring attention to the charity’s mission, which aims to help enrich the lives of gravely ill children in the LA area with art.
