Close your eyes and watch the video below. Do you imagine yourself standing onstage at the end of a play to a roar of applause, roses falling at your feet? That’s what I pictured.
Using simple and functional components, Zimoun builds architecturally-minded platforms of sound. This particular installation, which was curated by CAN Neuchatel, Switzerland, consists of 198 prepared dc-motors, wire isolated, cardboard boxes 30x30x6cm, and was installed in 2012.
