What could you make if you dedicated 100 days to making it? That is the premise of #The100DayProject from The Great Discontent and it’s the challenge that Seville-based architecture studio in Spain, Estudio Extramuros, decided to take on. Their project? To illustrate one architecture project each day.
The founders of the studio, Fabila Muñoz and Carlos León, decided to limit their time to 45-60 minutes per illustration and free themselves from the constraints of sticking to a particular theme or style. Their 100 Day Project forced them to be more aware of the projects that surrounded them, as well as discover new works in the process. Through this daily exercise, they appreciated more than ever the value of dedicating time every day to their craft instead of waiting for the sudden burst of inspiration.
