  • WHEN: Accepting entries from November 16, 2020 until November 22, 2020.
  • WHO: Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older as of date of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF DATE OF ENTRY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. BEGINS 11/16/20; ENDS 11/22/20.

PRIZE

ONE winner of the sweepstakes will be selected at random and is eligible to win:

No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, or directors of Design Milk and Sponsors, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their children, parents, spouse, and members of their household are ineligible to participate. No purchase necessary. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

ENTRY

Only one email address per person will be accepted. Upon submission of an email address, additional methods with be provided for bonus entries, these include:-

Sweepstakes will begin on November 16, 2020 at 9 AM Eastern Time and end on November 22, 2020 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. All entries must be received by November 22, 2020 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time to be eligible to win.

Sponsors reserve the right in its sole discretion, to cancel the sweepstakes in its entirety if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention.

WINNER SELECTION

Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be held as soon as is commercially reasonable. Winner must agree to the use of their name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Sweepstakes winner will be notified by email through the email submitted at time of entry.

An email will be sent to the winner within seven (7) days after the drawing. All decisions are final and binding.

Winner must be confirmed within five (5) days of selection or an alternate winner will be chosen. There is no limit to the number of alternate winners that will be chosen if previous winners are unresponsive. Once an alternate winner is chosen, all past winning entries are null and void and no longer eligible to receive any prize. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.

PUBLICITY

By participating, each entrant grants Sponsors permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

EFFECTIVE DATE OF ENTRIES

Entries made online will be effective on the day received. All entries become the exclusive property of Design Milk and will not be acknowledged or returned. You are responsible for your costs of entering, including online access charges.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting an entry, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules.

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning any drawing will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

DISPUTE

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.

OTHER CONDITIONS

Sponsors, their agents and representatives, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors are not responsible for and will not be liable for (I) late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible or postage due entries; (II) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (III) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (IV) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsors that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (V) any injuries losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Sweepstakes, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (VI) any printing or typographical error in any material associated with the Sweepstakes.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to release and hold Sponsors, their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Design Milk and the sweepstakes Sponsors, not to Facebook, Instagram, or any other social networking site or business entity.

GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
