WHO: Open to legal U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada residents (excluding Quebec), 18 years or older as of date of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
HOW: Entering is easy! Entrants must follow @keilhauer_design and @designmilk on Instagram, like the official giveaway Instagram post, tag 1 friend in the comments. Entrants can also enter a bonus entry by sharing the official giveaway Instagram post in their Instagram Story. No purchase necessary.

PRIZE
Each of the five (5) winners of the giveaway are eligible to win:
One (1) black at-home 6C Chair by Keilhauer (retail value $595).
No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, or directors of Design Milk and Sponsors, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their children, parents, spouse, and members of their household are ineligible to participate. No purchase necessary. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
ENTRY
Entrants must follow @keilhauer_design and @designmilk on Instagram, like the official giveaway Instagram post, tag 1 friend in the comments. Entrants can also enter a bonus entry by sharing the official giveaway Instagram post in their Instagram Story.
Only one entry and one bonus entry per Instagram account will be accepted.
Sweepstakes will begin on October 30, 2020 at 12:00AM on October 30, 2020 until 11:59PM on November 8, 2020. All entries must be received by November 8, 2020 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time to be eligible to win.
Sponsors reserve the right in its sole discretion, to cancel the sweepstakes in its entirety if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention.
WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be determined by randomized drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be held as soon as is commercially reasonable. Winner must agree to the use of their name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Sweepstakes winners will be notified by Direct Message on Instagram at the Instagram handle submitted at time of entry.
An email will be sent to the winner within seven (7) days after the drawing. All decisions are final and binding.
A Winner must be confirmed within five (5) days of selection or an alternate winner will be chosen. There is no limit to the number of alternate winners that will be chosen if previous winners are unresponsive. Once an alternate winner is chosen, all past winning entries are null and void and no longer eligible to receive any prize. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.

PUBLICITY
By participating, each entrant grants Sponsors permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF ENTRIES
Entries made online will be effective on the day received. All entries become the exclusive property of Design Milk and will not be acknowledged or returned. You are responsible for your costs of entering, including online access charges.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting an entry, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules.
No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners.

ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning any drawing will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Sponsors, their agents and representatives, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors are not responsible for and will not be liable for (I) late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible or postage due entries; (II) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (III) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (IV) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsors that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (V) any injuries losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Sweepstakes, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (VI) any printing or typographical error in any material associated with the Sweepstakes.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to release and hold Sponsors, their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Design Milk and the sweepstakes Sponsors, not to Facebook, Instagram, or any other social networking site or business entity.
GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
